The Flamin’ Groovies bring nearly 60 years of rock ’n’ roll to Utrecht and Eindhoven

As they approach their 60th anniversary, San Francisco legends The Flamin’ Groovies continue to deliver the infectious, guitar-driven rock ’n’ roll that has made them one of the great cult bands of all time. Spanning garage rock, power pop, punk and classic rock, their live set draws on nearly six decades of songs, including classics like “Slow Death,” “Teenage Head” and “Shake Some Action.”

With founding member Cyril Jordan leading the current lineup, the Groovies remain as vital as ever, bringing their mix of early rock ’n’ roll swagger and ’70s power-pop brilliance to Europe this month. The tour includes two Dutch shows:
