Urethane, feat. legendary skateboarder Steve Caballero, kick off their tour in NL this weekend

California pop-punk powerhouse Urethane is making a stop in the Netherlands this July for a one-off show, bringing their high-octane energy and melodic hardcore spirit.

Formed in 2020 in San Diego, Urethane features a stacked lineup: legendary skateboarder Steve Caballero (The Faction, Odd Man Out) on guitar, Tim Fennelly (War Fever) on vocals and guitar, Chad Ruiz (Skipjack) on bass, and drummer Dylan Wade (ex–The Bombpops). Despite launching during the pandemic, the band quickly carved out a name for themselves with their debut album Chasing Horizons, produced by Cameron Webb (Motörhead, Alkaline Trio) and featuring punk heavyweights Toby Morse (H2O) and Jim Lindberg (Pennywise).

In 2023, Urethane dropped Dog Years, a two-song single that captured their evolving sound—blending blistering riffs, introspective lyrics, and anthemic hooks. Influenced by the likes of NOFX and Bad Religion, the band channels punk’s legacy while keeping their songwriting fresh and emotionally resonant.
