The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band's European "Honeysuckle" tour hits the road

Tue 22 Sep 2026

Often called “the greatest front-porch blues band in the world,” The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band will return to Europe this autumn for an extensive tour across seven countries:

Led by acclaimed fingerstyle guitarist Reverend Peyton, the Indiana trio also features his wife, washboard virtuoso washboard Breezy Peyton, and drummer Jacob “The Snakob” Powell. Known for their high-energy, tent-revival-style live shows, the band has performed in 38 countries and 48 US states, earning praise from Rolling Stone, Living Blues and Vintage Guitar, while also topping the Billboard, iTunes and SiriusXM Blues charts.

The tour comes in support of Honeysuckle, the band’s latest album and a deeply personal return to Peyton’s country-blues roots. Produced and recorded by Peyton and mixed by eight-time Grammy winner Vance Powell, the record features guests including The McCrary Sisters, Billy Branch, Michael Cleveland and Colton Crawford of The Dead South.

“Honeysuckle is a bit of a return to my roots,” says Reverend Peyton. “It’s the most acoustic record we’ve made in years, using all vintage equipment—microphones, guitars and recording gear—and a lot of me and my National guitar.”

Expect raw country blues, gospel spirit, virtuosic guitar playing and the kind of energetic live performance that has made the Big Damn Band a favourite with roots and blues audiences worldwide.
