The Brothers Comatose confirm European tourdates for August/September

The Brothers Comatose never set out to define a sound—what fans now call “Golden Grass” emerged naturally from their upbringing on California rock, folk, and country rather than traditional bluegrass. Founded by brothers Ben and Alex Morrison, the San Francisco outfit has built a reputation for blending old-school string band instrumentation with the spirit and looseness of West Coast songwriting. That identity comes fully into focus on their latest album, Golden Grass, a warm and expansive collection that captures everything from breezy coastal jams to rugged, introspective ballads, all tied together by rich harmonies and an unmistakable sense of place.

Recorded in the Bay Area with co-producers Greg Holden and Tim Bluhm, the album also marks a new chapter for the band with the addition of mandolinist and vocalist Addie Levy.
