The Bones of J.R. Jones announces UK / Ireland tour dates

Jonathon Linaberry has always been drawn to the romance of discovery. Long before streaming and algorithms, the songwriter behind The Bones of J.R. Jones spent nights glued to the radio, cassette player ready to capture his favorite songs as they came through the static. That same sense of anticipation and emotional connection fuels Radio Waves, the project’s sixth studio album.

Recorded in Toronto with producer Robbie Lackritz (Feist, Bahamas), Radio Waves blends fingerpicked guitars, retro synths, and stripped-back rhythms into a moody, hypnotic collection steeped in memory, longing, and the emotional chaos of youth. Rather than romanticizing the past, Linaberry uses it as a lens to explore the experiences that shape who we become.

Since launching The Bones of J.R. Jones in 2012, Linaberry has built a devoted following through relentless touring and a raw, genre-blurring sound that’s landed in shows including True Detective, Suits, and Daredevil.

Following the previously announced mainland European dates, The Bones of J.R. Jones has now also announced UK and Ireland tour dates in support of Radio Waves, further expanding the project’s upcoming international run. Additionally today we're happy to announce Seba Safe (º) will be the support on the mainland dates.
