"Love & Lore" brings Chuck Ragan back to the Netherlands

Chuck Ragan is finally ready to turn the page on Love And Lore, his first solo album in a decade. The Hot Water Music frontman delivers a deeply personal record shaped by chaos, family, resilience and reflection, while expanding his familiar folk-punk sound with richer textures and a broader sonic palette.

Recorded with longtime collaborators Todd Beene, George Rebelo and Spencer Duncan, Love And Lore balances Ragan’s unmistakable grit with moments of melodic experimentation and quiet vulnerability. The result is an honest and deeply lived-in collection from a songwriter who has been at the heart of punk, folk and Americana for more than three decades.

Ragan returns to the Netherlands in early September for two shows, bringing songs from Love And Lore alongside favourites from his extensive catalogue:
