Lauren Ruth Ward takes new music on the road across Europe

With her raw, unfiltered songwriting and magnetic stage presence, Lauren Ruth Ward has carved out a space that bridges indie rock, pop and americana — drawing comparisons to artists as varied as Liz Phair, Kristin Hersh and Courtney Barnett. Since her 2018 debut Well, Hell and its 2020 follow-up Vol. II, she has continued to evolve, releasing a string of EPs that showcase both vulnerability and bite.

Her latest release, the Medicine EP, adds another chapter to that journey, pairing emotional directness with renewed intensity. In an industry often driven by algorithms, Ward measures success through genuine connection — something she brings to Europe this March, performing new material.
