Judy Blank back to Sweden this month for a series of shows

Dutch singer-songwriter Judy Blank is set to return to Sweden for a series of shows, following the release of her bold new chapter, Big Mood.

Born and raised in Utrecht, Blank first made her mark with her Nashville-recorded debut album Morning Sun, a coming-of-age record that earned a Gold Award in the Netherlands and featured the breakout track “Tangled Up in You,” which has surpassed 15 million Spotify streams. Known for her sharp storytelling, distinctive voice, and genre-defying approach, she quickly became a standout on the European club circuit, selling out venues and opening for artists including Langhorne Slim, The Wood Brothers, and SUSTO.

Now based in Austin, where she relocated in 2024, Blank continues to explore the space between classic Americana, indie rock, and folk. Her latest album, Big Mood, released via legendary label Rounder Records, sees her embracing a vibrant sonic palette of ‘60s pop, ‘70s folk, and ‘80s-inspired synth textures, creating a world that feels both nostalgic and entirely her own.
