Johnny Delaware's solo shows and shows with Dylan LeBlanc are coming up

Johnny Delaware’s new album Para Llevar—Spanish for “to go”—is a nomadic, deeply personal journey recorded across Latin America and the U.S., blending Laurel Canyon folk with psychedelic Latin influences. Written during years of travel and self-discovery, the album explores themes of identity, connection, and transformation. Delaware produced it himself, playing nearly all the instruments, and crafting atmospheric, emotionally rich songs that reflect both his physical and spiritual wanderings.

A South Dakota native, Delaware spent his 20s drifting through cities like Nashville and Austin before launching his solo career with 2013’s Secret Wave. After co-founding indie roots band Susto and touring internationally, he found new inspiration in Mexico City, where he recorded 2022’s Energy of Light and began work on Para Llevar. With tracks that confront fear, embrace vulnerability, and celebrate authenticity, the album is a reminder that happiness isn’t a destination—it’s something we carry with us.

Johnny Delaware is touring Scandinavia now and this will be followed with solo dates and dates supporting Dylan LeBlanc º from next week onwards:
