Joachim Cooder & Adriano Viterbini bring their unique sound to Italy this month

Joachim Cooder, a multi-instrumentalist and composer whose music seems to drift in from another universe, is hitting Italy this March in collaboration with Italian guitarist Adriano Viterbini. Known for blending percussion, strings, vocals, and otherworldly textures into a living, breathing sound, Cooder creates music that defies easy categorization and leaves a lasting impression.

Raised alongside his father, legendary guitarist Ry Cooder, Joachim toured and recorded with icons like Johnny Cash, Ali Farka Touré, Mavis Staples, John Lee Hooker, and on the world-record-setting Buena Vista Social Club.

His latest album, Dreamer’s Motel, is celebrated for its boundless soundscapes, built around the electrified thumb piano, creating exotic, dreamlike songs that transcend Americana, folk-rock, and indie.
