Jesse Daniel comes back to The Netherlands and Belgium in June

Jesse Daniel returns this spring with his latest album Son of the San Lorenzo. A deeply personal album that traces his journey from the redwood-covered hills of California’s Central Coast to stages around the world. Though Daniel makes his living on the road, his heart remains in the San Lorenzo Valley, where he was born and raised in Ben Lomond. Recorded live to tape at The Bomb Shelter in Nashville, the album captures a raw and reflective portrait of an artist shaped by mountains, creeks, and community. Blending the classic country sound he’s known for with the California country rock of his youth, Daniel calls the record a moment of reckoning — a decision to stop running and confront his past head-on.

Son of the San Lorenzo chronicles Daniel’s turbulent adolescence, battles with addiction, and ultimate redemption through love and music. Drinking by age 12 and addicted to heroin and crystal meth by 18, he cycled through jail and rehab before choosing sobriety and a new path forward, inspired in part by his relationship with fiancée Jodi Lyford. Over the past seven years, Daniel has released five critically acclaimed albums and built a devoted international following through relentless touring. His latest work draws inspiration from California icons like The Byrds, Eagles, and Flying Burrito Brothers, alongside classic rock staples including Led Zeppelin and The Allman Brothers Band. The result is a lush, cinematic collection steeped in longing, resilience, and unflinching introspection.

Daniel and his band will bring that powerful new material back to Europe this summer, returning to the Netherlands for two shows in June as part of their ongoing international tour. Known for their electrifying live performances and timeless sound, the band’s Dutch dates promise an intimate yet high-energy celebration of Daniel’s past, present, and future.
