Dylan LeBlanc confirms intimate solo tour throughout the UK early next year
Tue 14 Oct 2025Dylan LeBlanc has never been a stranger to life on the edge — or as he calls it, “dancing on a razor.” A self-described vagabond raised between Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama, the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist channels that restless energy into his latest self-produced album, Coyote. The record, inspired by the cunning resilience of its namesake, reflects LeBlanc’s own life of survival and reinvention. He recalls a fateful encounter with a real coyote atop a Texas cliff — a moment of raw, mutual recognition between two creatures simply trying to endure. That kinship, both fierce and spiritual, runs through the DNA of Coyote, a concept album tracing the journey of a man on the run, brimming with danger, redemption, and desire.
With a cast of top-tier session players — including Fred Eltringham (Ringo Starr, Sheryl Crow) and Jim “Moose” Brown (Bob Seger) — Coyote finds LeBlanc at his most fearless and introspective. Songs like “No Promises Broken” explore love’s fragile balance between freedom and devotion, while “Wicked Kind” wrestles with temptation and addiction. Yet beneath the grit lies a survivor’s grace: a wounded coyote still standing, arrows and all. Now in his thirties, engaged and raising a daughter, LeBlanc has traded chaos for clarity, but admits he still lives close to the flame. “I’m still dancing on a razor,” he says — only now, it’s with something worth losing.
