Dan Sartain releases 'Century Plaza' and announces NL tourdates
24-03-2016You may know cultartist Dan Sartain for his crazed, rockabilly-inflected low-fi punk but on his new album, "Century Plaza", he’s put down the guitar and picked up a keyboard. After garage, punk, Ramones' rock & roll, americana, blues and even hiphop now it's time for darkly nuanced electro-pop.
Staring out from the cover with (non-artificially) blackened eye, paranoid android Dan Sartain goes back to the future. The album was released last February via One Little Indian. NME wrote "Sartain has been making Jack White look about as corporate as Madonna for over a decade now." Today we're happy to announce a couple of NL tourdates. On this tour he will combine his older work with work of the new album.
