Joey Cape announces shows in Amsterdam and at Paaspop

Joey Cape is best known as being the vocalist for punks Lagwagon, but he’s slowly built up a body of quieter work that lands just as hard as his day job. "Stitch Puppy", his third (and best) album, hits right in the heart: The ten songs show Cape at his most open and melancholy.

Dropping everything you're doing and starting from scratch is not an easy task especially when you're in your mid 30s. After celebrating a successful 20 years with punk band Useless ID it was time to take a break. Yotam set out to the States for some soul searching, the result: "California Sounds". In March Joey Cape and Yotam have asked Laura Mardon and Walt Hamburger to join on their European tour. Resulting in two Dutch shows:
