BATTLES hit Utrecht, Rotterdam and Groningen this month

New York City art-rock icons BATTLES are taking their incendiary live show around the globe throughout 2022 - and this month it's time for the Netherlands finally:

22/08: Utrecht, NL - TivoliVredenburg
23/08: Rotterdam, NL - Rotown
24/08: Groningen, NL - Vera

The shows will be in continued support of their most recent full length, 2019’s Juice B Crypts, which married synthesizer loops, cut-throat drum patterns, and cyclical riffs into a sensory overload of information that threw everything fans thought they knew about the storied group into flux once again.

In the course of promoting the album, BATTLES demonstrated their potency as a live unit in a session for Highsnobiety for which they performed Juice B Crypts singles “Fort Greene Park”and "Titanium 2 Step,” For the latter they were joined by New York City and no-wave legend Sal Principato (of Liquid Liquid); watch both performances paired with an interview with the band here.
